This hands-on technical training gives users the ability to setup and install a printer system with emphasis on optimal support and repair. This course is designed for service technicians who will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of the ZE500 in an applicator. Throughout the course you will be presented with “bugs” on your machine and asked to fix them. Topics will include hardware identification, best practices for installation, menu configuration, calibration, troubleshooting procedures, maintenance procedures. Students will be working with the ZE500 printers during this one-day training. Content not covered includes applicator setup, conveyors, or other parts of a print and apply system.
